Windsor Hill Apartments

I was forced to vacate my apartment months earlier than when my lease ended because I became disabled after an accident Windsor Hills is not ADA compliant at all and they refused to help me move to a ground floor apartment I had to continue to pay rent even though I was unable to continue living there due to a lack of ADA compliance (no designated parking, no elevators, no automatic doors) and my room mate continued to live in the apartment Three months before my lease was up (at the end of May) I filled out and submitted the required paperwork showing my intent to vacate with my forwarding address information Subsequently to this Windsor Hills mailed my deposit in the amount of $(check made out to me) to my room mate's forwarding address I have tried to contact him but he has not responded I have called the accountant at Windsor Hills on several occasions now to resolve this and I either receive no call back or else I am told they can do nothing about their erro
