My wife and I bought a 2016 Honda Pilot Touring from the Windsor dealership. We have been shopping around now for about 3 weeks going from one dealership to the next. The only dealership that made us feel like they were more worried about making us happy and not taking our money was Honda. The staff was more then amazing. The chemistry and morale in the building was so pleasant and positive it made you smile the second you walk in. The staff was so kind and had smiles on their faces every time we made eye contact with them. They knew us by name and I had no idea how. They showed no sign of irritation after asking the million questions we asked or after the 3 test drives. Not only did they make us feel welcomed but they made us feel like we were a part of a family. We bought the car because it was the biggest bang for our buck. However, what really sold us the car was knowing that this is the customer service we're going to get every time we go there. Thank you [redacted] all the wonderful staff at Honda. You guys truly made this experience enjoyable and pleasant rather then financially stressful. Thank you for not making us feel pressured and giving us all the time to think about things. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be around great people like yourselves. Finally, thank you for making us feel welcomed and a part of your family. My daughter [redacted] actually asked "when are we going back to see Mr Honda?" She loves you guys. Probably because of all the ice cream, cookies, and toys you had on hand. :) After going to ALL the dealerships in Windsor I realized you guys have NO competition. After great effort by[redacted] to solve the problem with our 14year old Odyssey we decidedt to buy a new Honda Crv.thanks to [redacted] , our saleswoman,[redacted] , the sales manager , and[redacted], the owner, we got a really good price.Our positive experience will certainly be passed on to others!!!!
