Review: I moved out of my apartment two months early, paid all remaining rent which was due, and turned in my keys to the apartment. The apartment complex is attempting to collect utilities for the remaining two months from me despite having possession of the apartment and being the only one who had the ability to consume the utilities. On top charging me for electricity it used, it's charging me an early termination fee even though I no longer lived in the unit. The charges were also estimated as opposed to the meter being actually read for a factual reading. I informed the complex I will not pay the bill since it was the one using the power and its threatening to send the bill to collections. They also are applying my $36 security deposit as part of the bill. I would like this refunded.Desired Settlement: I want to receive the $36 security deposit and have the bill's balance taken to zero.
