We purchased two used pallet jacks from Windsor Office Furniture and when they were delivered they were not in the condition that was advertised. One of the pallet jacks was making beeping noises when we used it so we figured there was an electrical issue with one. Both pallet jacks were in bad condition when they were advertised as being in "excellent working condition". I reached out to the seller and agreed to pay a $300 restocking fee which I thought was ridiculous, but agreed to pay it. When the pallet jacks were shipped back for the return they said one of them wasn't working anymore and I would have to pay for the repair even though they were faulty to begin with. The seller has refunded $1,122.28 when I paid $2,552.56. The seller hasn't returned my messages and refuses to refund the rest of the money even though the pallet jacks are back in his possession. I even paid the shipping back to Michigan where the warehouse is located.

Refund I would like to receive my full refund of $2,522.56, but will Pay the $300 restocking fee and accept $1,100.28 which is the amount that would be left over.
