The Property Manager has talked with both tenants, and numerous times and has sent letters goes as far as telling the manager she can hear the girl upstairs roll over in her bed and complains that she can hear her and her male guest going at it at amThe manager let them both know that some of these things come with apartment living especially with wood floors and thin wallstold the manager she is moving out at the end of her lease which is in MarchThey are both good tenants From what the manager has heard from both girls its not like she is blasting music or having large parties just has a different schedule and they are conflicting with the girl below This is all part of apartment living and just because you can't get along with your neighbor does not mean that you can break your lease, therefore she is bound to her lease
We have reviewed the file and refunded the $disputed amount to [redacted]
