After reading ***'s review, I really feel we were buying the same house in her reviewIt's the only garden level Breckenridge with a ft garage extension and ft ceilings that I was aware of, and it was around the same time we took over a contract that was cancelled due to buyers would not stay out of the houseProbably a LIEOur price was higher than the first buyers by $19KOld buyers were getting a/c, which we didn't get and we were paying moreShady businessWE cancelled our contract ON CLOSING DAY due to many issues and did not trust workmanshipOn closing day, there should not be issues with stove not working, dishwasher not bolted in, chips/dings/scratches on cabinets, floors, ceiling fans, poor paint job, towel rings sitting on the counter, chips in granite, doors inside the house not painted, attic space not closed off, house filthy, etcAt least they refunded earnest $Emotionally distressed...Had to get apartment & start over w/ diff builderWow

We contracted w/Windsor Ridge Homes to build a home & had issues the entire process. Multiple major structural items were missed that were contracted to include a 2' extension on the garage and 9 ' ceilings in the basement. Both were fixed by a "band-aid" method. The 9' ceilings they did not dig the basement deep enough & added to the top of the footer which turned the flat lot we contracted for to a garden level with a deck which we did not want. We had numerous problems in addition to these items with things being missed and at no time did we ever receive an apology. 53 days before we were scheduled to close we received an EMAIL from the owner of the company and the office emp. stating they were no longer going to do the upgrades that we contracted for & they were ending the contract. We believe they sold the property for more $ from under us & have them pay for the garden level. We had just done upgrades to our home to put on market and they ended the contract. Poor customer svc
