They changed the location of where the boat was supposed to dock on fireworks night, didn't notify us, and refused to refund our tickets ($356 total).
They changed the location of where the boat was supposed to dock on fireworks night, didn't notify us, and refused to refund our tickets (which costs $100 each plus taxes for 3 people). I was told by *** that same day we would be refunded and not to worry, then told by *** a couple of days later a refund would be issued. When I called today (2 weeks later) asking about the refund *** said "you're not entitled, take me to court". Not sure why someone would want to go through the trouble to pay additional court fees in addition to what they owe but to each their own.
