As stated in Ms [redacted] complaint, Windsor Salon & Spa was more than willing to accommodate her multiple timesWe had booked multiple appointments, some when the stylist was not even scheduled to be in, simply to accommodate Ms [redacted] schedule and correct the issueAfter multiple no shows/last minute cancelations (we show three different appointments), we could no longer accommodate her because, at this point, the salon had gone above and beyond to accommodate the client and she had cost the salon a decent amount of moneyEach no show/last minute cancellation by Ms [redacted] is a time slot that the salon and stylist would have brought in a paying client and/or the salon had to pay the stylist an hourly wageTo summarize: Windsor Salon & Spa did try to accommodate the client, but the client did not show up to her scheduled appointment multiple times, canceling last minuteWe can only suffer a loss so many timesThank you,Amanda F [redacted] , owner###-###-####
While I agree that I did have to re-schedule my appointment, it was last minute only once due to illnessThe other two times were due to my work schedule being changed and I could not leave work for the hair salon. I was never told that rescheduling would be an issue, and I was never told that there was a time limit on how long I could wait to the permI also was never told that I would have to pay for the since I had waited too long to re-schedule itI had talked to a different stylist in the salon shortly after the original appointment was re-scheduled, and she had offered to schedule the for me since the original stylist was not willing to accommodate my scheduleIt seemed that no one in the salon knew what was going on for sureThe fact that I was never told I had to pay again for a faulty service until the day of my appointment is poor customer service and poor business practice. Any reputable business that does not provide an acceptable product for payment received will refund a customer's moneyI was treated poorly and spoken to very rudely when I was attempting to resolve the issueI will make sure that everyone I know hears about this horrible experience and recommend that NO ONE ever patronizes this salon
