Windsprint apartments received a rental verification for [redacted] [redacted] had not given notice so the rental verification was returned with the statement no notice given [redacted] was very upset and disrespectful to the staff regarding this rental verification as well as being dishonest [redacted] stated she was trying to get pre-qualified to purchase a home in the next six months or soOnce we received written notice from [redacted] regarding her home purchase the rental verification was filled out with dates of lease contract and amounts due if anyThe realtor then questioned why her lease ended in January and were we releasing her from itIt turned out she was trying to rent a home and had lied about purchasing oneSeveral emails went back and forth including text messages she sent to our Regional Vice President one of which I have attachedI agreed to a mutual release of lease which is also attachedShe did not abide by the terms of the releaseIt clearly stated what would be charged and what wouldn't be charged [redacted] did not vacate the unit as stated in the releaseAll charges that have been billed are within in our rights per the TAA Lease contractWe will not be refunding her anything as she owes us for rent and damages to the unit

[redacted] stated she was trying to get pre-qualified to purchase a home in the next six months or so. Once we received written notice from [redacted] regarding her home purchase the rental verification was filled out with dates of lease contract and amounts due if any. The realtor then questioned why her lease ended in January and were we releasing her from it. It turned out she was trying to rent a home and had lied about purchasing one. Several emails went back and forth including text messages she sent to our Regional Vice President one of which I have attached. I agreed to a mutual release of lease which is also attached. She did not abide by the terms of the release. It clearly stated what would be charged and what wouldn't be charged. [redacted] did not vacate the unit as stated in the release. All charges that have been billed are within in our rights per the TAA Lease contract. We will not be refunding her anything as she owes us for rent and damages to the unit.
