Revdex.com: The dealerships response is absolutely INCORRECT! I brought in a document and was told by the service adviser who had NO CLUE Volkswagen even has a price match guarantee, "the document needs to state it includes installation etc.." I replied to him right to his face at that same time, "Ok no problem I will get a receipt to state it includes installation!" He never said No you cannot do that etc...he said "OK" At that exact time I said, "I actually found the tire cheaper including installation and will bring you a receipt from that business which is even closer, that business being American Cycle and Tire" NOT ONE TIME DID HE EVER STOP ME OR SAY NO THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! This dealership is trying to weasel there way out of this....something NOT ONE PERSON IN THE DEALERSHIP KNEW ABOUT! Including the gentleman MrVangor who I spoke to over the phone and said he would look into it and get back to me and wouldnt you know....NEVER DID! THE DEALERSHIPS RESPONSE IS 100% INCORRECT AND UNACCEPTABLE! IF WHAT IM SAYING IS SO ETC...WHY NOT PIC UP THE PHONE AND CALL EITHER OF THE ESTABLISHMENTS I BROUGHT IN RECEIPTS FROM AND FIND OUT FROM THEM WHAT THE TIRE COST INSTALLED AND BE DONE WITH THIS? ONLY BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYING TO RIP CUSTOMERS LIKE MYSELF OFF ARE THEY PLAYING HARDBALL!!! AGAIN I HAVE PURCHASED VW's in the past year and was told by the service adviser, "I DID NOT EVEN BY MY CAR FROM HIS DEALERSHIP!" Which we all know is a BIG NO NO! Ask the folks in VW Corporate if that is how theyd like you to treat their customers? I WILL ACCEPT AN APOLOGY AND $and you should consider doing something additional for the nasty way your employees treated me!! The business has responded Please see below: [redacted] provided us with a receipt for a tire replacement from another competitor which did not have a break down of parts and labor as is required by the Volkswagen Tire Price Match GuaranteeDespite the lack of proper information on the receipt we did price match the price of the tire for the clientthe client returned several days later with another receipt from a different competitorThe Volkswagen Price match Guarantee does not state that a 2nd price match will be made if the client continues to bring in different receipts from different competitorsOnly price match is to be honored per visitThe client's concern was reviewed by the Volkswagen Customer Relations department and they have agreed that the dealer followed the proper price match proceduresWhere the client purchased the vehicle has no bearing on the services we provide which is evident upon us ordering and installing the ordered tire before the client presente d us with the price match receipt

As stated in our previous response, Mohegan Lake Motors has properly followed and carried out the proper procedures in honoring the Volkswagen Price Match Guarantee. Mohegan Lake Motors values our reputation as a business as our record with the Revdex.com can attest to. We have a long standing reputation for being honest and fair with all of our clients which is what has kept us in business for so many years. We observed Volkswagen’s Price Match policy. The Price Match program does not allow for multiple price match attempts. If the client wishes to proceed with any further questions about the policy of this program he will need to contact Volkswagen Customer Relations. We have no further response in this matter. Thank You
