touch with Mr. [redacted] in regards to this issue, and have returned to his property in order to get a complete grasp of the situation. We gave Mr. [redacted] suggestions on what the issue may possibly be (It's possible that the vents are blocked, or that the contractor who performed the work may be have mistakenly cut into the return rather than the supply). We have offered to refund Mr. [redacted]'s inspection fee as well. He has stated that he will be sending us the form we require in order to refund the inspection fee, and we will do so when we receive it.
