THE CUSTOMER GOT SHORTED CHAIRS ON A RENTAL SHE CALLED AND LET US KNOW WE RETURNED HER CALL AND SAID WE WOULD BRING THEM OUT BUT GOT NO RESPONSE I TOLD HER WE WOULD ISSUE A CHECK FOR HER REFUND IT HAS BEEN MAILED TO ADDRESS THAT WAS ON HER RENTAL SHEET WHICH WAS *** *** ** NEW LENOX IL
SO IF THAT IS NOT THE RIGHT ADDRESS THAT IS NOT OUR FAULT I HAVE NOW PUT IT BACK ON HER CREDIT CARD AND WILL TRUST THAT SHE DOES NOT CASH THE CHECK THAT SHE THINKS WE DID NOT SEND OUT! SO NOW MISS ANDERSON HAS A REFUND CHECK AND IT IS BACK ON HER CREDIT CARD!!!
I am rejecting this response because: You have forgotten about the broken table you sent, not just the 20 missing chairs and it is your fault the check got sent to the wrong address. On , FOUR separate occasions, I mentioned it was my sisters house that the items were being brought to and I gave you my billing address for the credit card that you were supposed to refund in the first place and not send me a check. So, once I have received the credit for the chairs of $22.00, I will still be waiting on the $8.50ffor the table I was unable to use because it was broken. I did not see or hear your phone call back to me that evening until the party was half over. I was taking care of 75 guests and dealing with your incompetence instead of standing by my phone. Still waiting on the $8.50
