We are sorry you feel the way you do We did nothing wrong except cash your check legally immediately There is nothing wrong with that I asked you when I could pick the product up & you said to deal with your husband When I did talk to him the solution was to keep the product and move on We have been responsive to every type of communication from you within minutes Unfortunately we have a handful of complaints over the last years but after adding hundreds of new customers every week we realize that all happy customers just don't take the time to comment on their experience Anyone that becomes a new customer we are more than happy to share a few happy customers with them We feel that we have done all we can do and nothing else can be done with this Have a great day!

I am rejecting this response because: I find it interesting that Mr*** has yet to make ANY attempt to make this right with the customer. As you can clearly see with his repeated responses, he accepts absolutely no blame whatsoever with ANY of his customer complaints (take a good look at all of them, including his online reviews). All this man knows how to do is make excuses and blame customer after customer. Mr***, please apologize for your horrible customer service and make things right - otherwise, the Revdex.com complaints will be the least of your worries. I have also contacted the Illinois State's Attorney's office and will also be contacting NBC Responds Chicago.

We went to this place of business because we had someone buy from us that worked here before.  We simply asked her if she liked steaks.  We negotiated a better deal for her to afford it & for us to earn another customer.  We left the product on the spot & told her we would...

cash the check personally to save more money on processing fees & we were not asked to hold the check for any certain amount of days.  We always have sales insentives for our reps to generate a high volume of sales.  The only reason we went back is because the check was written wrong and needed to be fixed.  When we went back to replace the check another gentlemen wanted to see what we were doing and also purchased.  We then gave her some free product for referring a customer.  If she felt high pressured at all she had 3 opportunities & a lot of people around to change her mind.  After talking to her husband he said they would keep the product & considered this satisfied.

Refund is only owed when products are purchased in home and returned unopened and untouched within 3 business days.  Once the product is opened and cooked we can only exchange it for 12 months.

I am rejecting this response because:  This is not true.  The [redacted] has verified that this is not true.  I am due and will pursue a full refund and you can have all of your goods back with the exception of 1/2 bag of freezer burnt shrimp and two very small fillet mignon steaks.  Please check with the [redacted] and let me know when and how I will receive a full refund of the $300 that I paid you.  I have and will continue to pursue all legal steps for the refund that is 100% due to me if you refuse to resolve this matter with the Revdex.com who's logo is on your vehicle or it was on the day I wrote you a check.  Based on the way you parked, I am sure this will be visible on our buildings security system.  I am not looking for anything that is not due to me and your 10 days to refund my money are quickly passing (again, check the law).  If you are counting weekends as business days, you have until tomorrow.  You should review and contact the [redacted] on my rights as a consumer.  I have and I intend to receive my money back.  It should not have taken this much effort.  How and when can I receive my money?
