Windy City replaced our roofing and siding in the early spring of 2015. We had contacted then as they did some work at a home across the street from us. The year prior to this we had some substantial hail damage. It dawned on us that our potential for insurance coverage would expire that spring.

Steve and his organization worked very very diligently to meet our scheduling needs and assure the claim, worked closely with the insurance adjuster in negotiating a more accurate (and higher) percentage of coverage to our advantage, and did a very good job.

We had no extras costs, no unforeseen issues at all. We worked closely on specific details that we had an aesthetic interest in, and they met our expectations in every way.
