Seller may be unaware of this as I also received email from Foreverbabiesnet aka Windys Papoose claiming I'd recieve refund when I ship back wrong item she intentionally sentDoll she shipped uncertified to avoid Paypal repercussions and claims is for girl w cancer whose sibling just died from SIDS [redacted] has been so dishonest and told so many outrageous lies I cannot believe anything saidIn addition to her dishonesty w me and another customer, Windys reported to Etsy on 01/02/that refund had been issuedDespite proof, in [redacted] own words, of her unprofessionalism and fraudulent conduct, it's incredibly frustrating her business is still activeIt took significant amount of time/research, and was often discouraging, to file then refile cases to get this resolvedI think it deters people from following thru w complaints and why there may not be more against this companyEtsy/Paypal complaint systems also favor seller w cases closed bfor info supplied by seller verified or receipt of correct item ensuredThis type of case particularly difficult bc Paypal policy of no refund for cutom orders [redacted] conduct shows she knows how to use system to her advantageIt certainly appears she has experience stringing along unsuspecting people w advertising, feigned excitement and inane excuses then using insults and threats when questionedPeople, who in [redacted] and my case, r parents trying to make child happy and easy targetsFact that this involves children, they were intended recipients and r in most cases, and was done at Christmas is most despicableIt's hard to believe any legitimate business would conduct themselves in this mannerAny advice on how to have this business investigated would be appreciatedThank u Revdex.com! ***
