Review: My wife and I ordered a Wine and Country Gift Basket to be delivered to our very close and dear friends.We ordered this baseket on March 2, 2014. We were promised the basket would be delivered no later than Friday, March 7, 2014.This basket was sent to our friends to show our condolences on the death of their parent. Well anyway Friday March 7, 2014 has come and gone and the basket still has not been delivered. We were actually hoping the basket would be delivered earlier than the "no later" date given to us and have inquired to our friends as to whether or not it was received.It was very embarassing and humilating to learn the basket we have been inquiring about has not made it to them due to a UPS delivering problem.Not to be rude or unforgiving, but it is not our problem whatever problems UPS has delivering the basket. Wine and Country should have some type of back-up plan in case of instances like this.On Wine and Country's website it is advertised "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed". Well, needless to say our satisfaction was not met!!!We have been embarassed and humiliated to our very close and dear friends due to this instance. The price of the basket including tax and a discount they gave to us was $149.84. For an amount like that you would expect much much better service.I'm hoping you can help resolve this mess caused by Wine and Country to our satisfaction.Desired Settlement: As a desired settlement to this problem which caused us such embarassment and tarnishing of our word to our friends, I am suggesting a FULL refund.I believe a price of $149.84 and such a delicate matter, deserves a much better handling of our order. This was very unprofessional on Wine and Country's part, in addition to them not keeping their end of the bargain of getting the basket to our friends by the "no later than" date of March 7, 2014.
