Review: This business has a cancellation policy which requires patrons to cancel 48hrs in advance of their registration in order to receive a refund. When calling to ask why they did not refund my money the response was because the person had been on vacation and I would get my refund "when she gets around to it. This is unacceptable and was explained to the manager John that it was not acceptable that a refund was not done within 48 hrs of the request, and that it would be done whenever the person "got around to it".

When asked to provide the name of the person who would be in contact with me, John would not give this information and refused to answer and provide anymore information. As of now there has been no attempt to refund my money, nor did I ever receive a confirmation of the cancellation which occurred on May 24, 2016, for a reservation on May 28, 2016.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund immediately and this business to be reprimanded because if this was the practice with me I am sure this occurs very often with others. Also, they do not have an LLC listed, so I am not sure if this business is operating according to proper business practices.
