Do not be fooled with this wine companies , I was a victim too and never got the 10 wine bottle or my money back which was very annoying to me and I was referred to( affliz at tutanota dot com) .and got my money back .. don't buy from them I was just lucky

I had the same experience as below. Turned wine. Terrible customer service. Cancelled my subscription. Do not buy from here. So embarrassing that I gave this as a gift.

I ordered my pack on December 14th. They delayed shipping until December 21st. When I filed a complaint with the company they said I ordered the wine mid day on December 18th. The company is a complete scam. They have no morals. I demand they take action. This is complete BS. The pack was only ordered for the holidays and they refused to rectify this issue! Sm. Horrible individuals. No one should ever do business with them. Groupon needs to revoke their ability to scam people.

Wine Insiders is a scam. Offered at Groupon 15 bottles. The wine is terrible and consumer service is just as bad. Do not order anything from this company, you will be very disappointed and you cannot get a refund from the company or Groupon. Also, when you order their system defaults to an wine upgrade that will cost you another $24.95 which is not apparent until you receive your bill and call the company questioning the charge. I was told to send the wine back which will cost $30.00 the company would not provide a UPS label for free shipping back. I already spent $103.00 between this company and Groupon for very bad wine. I have 13 bottles left that are undrinkable that will be put in the garbage. I am not going to spend another penny for this company for the return charge.If you want cheap wine do yourself a favor and go to store and pick your own. There are many inexpensive wines that are much better than anything wine insiders have to offer.

I dont know if anyone else will even see this, but I believe I have been recently scammed by a company called "Wine Insiders." I bought a package called "Best of Best Mixed July 17" from this company. I had originally bought a voucher for a $50 package from Livingsocial.com. It claimed to be 15 bottles of "Premium" wine and a corkscrew. Once I was about to redeem this at Wine Insiders , I saw that for $40 I could upgrade to a more "exclusive" set of wines (as well as $30 in shipping).
Wine Insiders claimed on their website that if I upgraded to this option, each bottle was priced on average of $40, this is a complete and utter lie. First, I do not believe that most of these wineries exist. I investigated many of their "Hand Picked" wine brands and could not find them anywhere online. The wine itself tastes like they took very cheap wine and rebottled it themselves. Also, if you look online at the price of these wines, they sell for about $12 to $15 a bottle.
They are falsely branding their wine as "Premium" and also scamming individuals to upgrade their price to receive low quality wine. I would like to company to first provide names of who their "specialists" are, that hand pick these wines and I would like them to provide information on the wineries they pick them from. I would also like for them to please explain where the wines that claim to be from Italy are actually from, because an amateur solminer could tell you that they are indeed, not from Italy.
