Review: When we checked out, the credit card did not appear to the clerk to have registered. The clerk swiped a second time, telling us to call if the charge was registered twice and giving us a card to use to contact the store if there was a problem with the billing.The charge, indeed, occurred twice on the bill. On telephoning the store, we were told to bring a copy of the charges from the credit card to the store. We did that, taking 40 minutes of our time to do so. On arriving, the manager said that our charges on the bill did not match the current store name, as they had recently changed names. They told us only the bank could refund the money.On calling again after returning home, the person on the phone hung up on us as we tried to reiterate that this was only an issue with their naming within the credit card company not us--and they hung up on us.Desired Settlement: We request reimbursement of the $47.88 that they charged us for twice. It would be right, though we don't request it, to be reimbursed for the 3 hours' time we have spent on this issue that is COMPLETELY their fault for.
