1) The customer contacted our support today and we have refunded the auto-charge as well as canceled the annual subscription, so they will NOT be charged automatically next year.2) The customer had accepted the software terms last year while making the purchaseThe terms explicitly stated that they
are buying an annual subscription and can cancel it anytime by contacting our support3) The customer is responsible for managing their bank account balance to avoid overdraft fees.We are not responsible for the overdraft fees the customer claims we have to provideThey need to contact their bank institution and argue about the fees directly with them.Regards,Winferno Software

Dear Mr*** *** ***, It is true, you were charged for additional licenseThe problem is, you placed three orders originally and we cannot tell on our end whether you have three computers and need all three licenses or you made a mistakeIt is customer’s responsibly to contact us within days
and request a refund in case it was a mistake order (duplicate)See our refund policy hear: *** No company in the world will issue you a refund for the past two years for the order you placed as a mistakeSuch practices do not exist on this planet; our system and bank we work with do not allow refunds over daysNevertheless, we understand how you feelAs a courtesy, we extended the subscription for three licenses till 2-Feb You can always check the expiration date and renew the program by clicking on the version number link at the top-right of the Winferno Registry program windowRegards, Winferno Software

They were not supposed to auto debit my account earlier than 30 days prior to the original order date of 9/19/2015. The auto debited my account on 8/13/216.  I require the $60.00 insufficient fund total , caused by their early auto debit, to be given back to me. Your card will be charged the current subscription rate at the time of renewal. You can turn off Automatic Renewal from your account page (immediately accessible after placing your order or any time from the home page).
