To whomever it may concern,My name is Sampson *W [redacted] and I am the manager of Winfield Builder CorporationI have received a complaint (ID [redacted] ) on 9/20/2016, the Revdex.com has requested a response from us concerning this case.Firstly, I would like to state that Winfield Builder Corpis a contractor for [redacted] Warranty insurance, once Homeowners make a claim for HVAC [redacted] sends us the work order to completeWe had made an appointment to diagnose the problems with the HVAC system located at [redacted] **, Chantilly, VA ***Upon arrival we assessed the compressor to be faulty, which we notified to the homeowner, whom was hoping to completely change their unit.When the technician returned to the office the following business day, we notified [redacted] and the homeowner of the faulty compressor [redacted] had been give all the information needed to order the compressor, which they processed and sent to the purchasing departmentConcurrently, [redacted] was contemplating to change the entire condenser unit instead of the compressorThe processing part within this time is not in our control and we must wait for the parts to arrive at the shop for us to make a follow up appointment.This did take some time and the homeowner grew impatient with usOnce the unit had arrived, we immediately made an appointment even though it was on a weekendHowever, our technician had noticed that [redacted] had sent an incorrect TXV Valve which further delayed the processWe had set an appointment on Saturday, the 27th of September, but it was delayed due to that issueWe could not buy this part that weekendThis is because the unit was r-changing to 410A, the inside valve should have been changed to 410A if we continued with the given valveIt had to have the right specifications/hook up as wellThe following Monday, we were able to purchase the correct valve and the technician installed the unit promptlyThat day also had to send a helper with the technician to complete the job, so had to pay extra for them to go out.Furthermore, once the job was completed, [redacted] instructed us to offer $for a disposal of the old unit, to which the homeowner's Husband deniedHe stated he would complete the disposal himselfThe disposal cost that the Homeowner paid after the denial of our offer is upon himself, we are not liable for itThis was their intention to proceed with the complaint, due to the fact they had to pay the $again to pick up unitThat $she had to pay again as a co-payment for unit disposal is an agreement set by the Homeowner and [redacted] Once again, the homeowner had denied our offer.If the homeowner would like to pursue this payment, it is recommended that they should contact [redacted] for the $Our instructions come from [redacted] Warranty only.Regards, Sampson * W [redacted]

That $95 she had to pay again as a co-payment for unit disposal is an agreement set by the Homeowner and [redacted]. Once again, the homeowner had denied our offer.If the homeowner would like to pursue this payment, it is recommended that they should contact [redacted] for the $95.
