Better have your tools belt ready if they inspect your house Somehow the inspector missed a rotting floor in the master bath The entire floor needs replaced and the evidence was obvious and should have been on the inspection And their day warranty is a joke They said they would repair the leak only, so I guess I have a floating toilet now
They did a quick efficient inspection while also giving me some of their helpful personal inputI would recommend them to anyone and use them again next time we buy a house
