The customer service at this location is very poor I pulled into the drive-thru and my companion told them to hold one moment because we were trying to read the menu He then told them the writing was kinda small and we couldn't see it The male on the speaker responds, "Well, I haven't had anyone else to complain before"I told them that's ok, I don't want itWe went inside to ask for a manager and the same person from the speaker states, me I then asked for the owner and he proceeded to ask me whyI told him I needed an owner and he said well that's me tooHe kept getting smart and began to argue with us because we were trying to complain Then he asked me, "So you gone order something or what?" I asked for his business license and permit (which was not posted), and he said, "It's in the office." He never provided any type of paperwork and no type of customer service I am BIG on customer service and it goes a long way I will NEVER SUPPORT A WING OUT again
