Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2017/01/09) */ RE: Case #XXXXXXXX: Manila [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: [redacted] has visited Calumet Laundromat frequentlyEvery time she has washed or dried her laundry with us there seems to be a problem with the piece of equipment she is using and she demands a refundThe last time she was in washing her laundry, she was raising a sceneTwo customers witnessed her yelling at our attendantShe was using foul language and disrespecting our businessShe does this every time she comes inIn other words, she is looking for a free wash or dry This last incident she was using a wash machine that cost [redacted] per washUnfortunately no one saw her put any coins in the washerThe female began yelling and screaming at our attendant that the washer did not startThere was a young gentleman that had just used the same exact washing machineHe stated that he put his laundry in the machine, put [redacted] in the coin slot and the machine started right up and continued with a complete washHe looked at her and said it worked for meThe machine had been used before she came in and after she left with no problems at allWe had no reports that the machine the female was using was not working properly from 81.00am to 8:00pm., only her one outburst Our washers and dryers are new and hi-techEach washer counts down the price by [redacted] cent increments as the coins are put inOur store policy is no refunds until the machine is checked out by our full time serViceman While the female was verbally abusive to the attendant and made sure everyone in the laundromat heard her the attendant was trying to tell her that she would give her a store credit for [redacted] The female refused and stated she was going to contact the Revdex.com, as she has done during previous visits The machine is working and has been as it was when the female was in to do her laundryWe have had no complaints or comments about this washing machine or any other machines in our la undromat If the female agrees to never wash or dry at our laundromat again, we will give her [redacted] for a machine that was in perfect working conditionWe have been in business for years and do not like to lose customers but we will make an exception with this femaleThis is not the first time this female has done this and I am sure it will not be the lastThis female complains every time she comes inWe do have security cameras in the laundromatOur security cameras shows the female was just standing by the machine doing nothing Calumet Laundromat Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2017/01/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
