I am rejecting this response because:
I did receive a check that was dropped off to me by Zach. But I also showed him the 4 remaining roots that were not removed,...
overlooked. Zach said he would speak to Adam, Owner about that the same evening. In addition, I also left Adam a message regarding the roots but I never heard back. They need to come back to remove these roots. I certainly can't do it. If you don't complete a job, it is their responsibility to return to take care of what was not done.
