Regarding the complaint from *** *** about his internet service, we are currently working on his service. We have made several changes at the tower site and currently working on a couple of things internally that will hopefully help. Our internet service is transmitted by radio
signal from towers on the ground to the home and unfortunately after a few years there are circumstances that happen (trees growing etc) that will change that signal. We have spoken to this consumer, we are making adjustments to our towers. Weather permitting, the issue should be resolved this Thursday

I have attached both the Facebook posts and a copy of the notes on the customer pageIn summation, Ms*** was upgraded on 05/25/17, we followed up with her 07/24/and she was happy, we did not hear back from her until 12/24/17, months after she was upgradedWith this being said, I am not

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
