Dear Revdex.com,I was finally contacted by [redacted] at B2X on September 21, 2017 and was told they were working on my internet and wanted to do some speed tests with me while on the phone. We spent 10 minutes testing and the internet speed was still not up to par. At this point he stated they would need to do some more work on their end and would get back to me. As of October 10, 2017 I have yet to hear back from them.  I do have clear line of sight to the radio tower with no tree interference.

I have attached both the Facebook posts and a copy of the notes on the customer page. In summation, Ms. [redacted] was upgraded on 05/25/17, we followed up with her 07/24/17 and she was happy, we did not hear back from her until 12/24/17, 7 months after she was upgraded.
