Outstanding service, polite and respectful workers. Wingfield Service is the best trash service I've ever used (and I've used these type of services in many different countries).

I have been a customer of Wingfield for awhile , we received a past due notice in the mail , I immediately called and paid the quarterly bill for nov, dec, and jan . 54.50 . I it asked the lady - [redacted]- if they could send someone the following day to pick up the trash since we never received notice that our trash would no longer be picked up , [redacted] replied that I should pay my [redacted] bill and that I'm [redacted] her off and hung up the phone on me ! I immediately returned the phone call and requested to speak to a manager -[redacted] - told me she was the manager I explained the problem with trash and how her coworker responded after I already paid with a debit card. Problem was over with ..... For then . A week later I heard trash truck pull up three houses down and assumed they were dumping my trash, instead the trash man ran down the street with my "can" loaded up and speed down the road like nascar ! What??? Maybe a miss understanding? Once again I called wing field and asked for the owner or someone over -[redacted]- she said she was the owner, I proceed to explain what happened , I was told that I have not paid for February , ma'am. You charge quarterly she still Insisted I was past due . [redacted] the "owner" told me they have the right to refuse service to anyone and once again hung up on me ! Quality service ? I think not! Allowing employees to cuss at customers unacceptable, lying to customers speeding through a residential zone during times when children are walking home from school unsafe, problem solving skills ---0---

Review: I was late paying a payment to Wingfield (it is a quarterly bill and we moved into a new house, had christmas, found out about a pregnancy and then I got sick) So our trash was not picked up for a week. I asked my husband (who is NOT on the account) to call and pay the bill. When he called to pay the bill he asked them (A woman by the name of [redacted]) if they send out a reminder letter or phone call before they suspend service. She told him to "Just pay his [redacted] bill". He said "excuse me?" and then she hung up on him. This was after she took our payment of $54 for the months of Nov-Jan. He called back and spoke with a woman named [redacted], who informed him that it is not typical for them to allow a patient to speak that way and the other lady was just "pissed off" about his behavior. He asked them how they can treat their customers that way and she said something rude in return. He told her if they are going to treat us this way they can just pick up their trash can. So today (one week later) on the designated trash day, they took the trash can and left our other trash in our yard. Again, my husband is not even on the account...he called wingfield and [redacted] informed him that they can refuse service to anyone and they were no longer doing service with us. He asked to speak with the owner and she said she was in charge and that they are a private company and there is nothing he can do. She said that we are not current on our payment and that is why they took our trash can. We have not even received the new bill and they took our payment out of my account last week for what we owed. My husband then informed [redacted] that he was not on the account and told her my name. She said they have no record and I am not a customer. They were both very rude, highly innappropriate with their speech and their behavior. And nopw someone I have done service with for over two years has just taken my trash can and left me with nothing, without speaking to me at all.Desired Settlement: I believe the company should offer me complimentary service for dealing with the innappropriate women in their office and having my trashcan taken without even speaking to the person on their contract. Then I beleive they should have to apologize to myself and to my husband. I have never been treated this way by a company. EVER. I looked up reviews and there are multiple complaints about the rudeness and ineptness of the employees. I only wish they would have put in complaints to the Revdex.com so this company would be shown for what it really is. It does not deserve an A+ rating. After the complimentary service is over, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We live part time in the Prescott area, so we only use Wingfield for about half a year. This is our tenth year. We've always found Wingfield to be easy and pleasant to use. Even their drivers and "can lifter" are fiendly.
I especially like the great paint jobs on their equipment...which I always very clean.
An overall nice local business to have in the area and to do business with.

My son called and cancelled his account in September. They had not picked up his trash in 2 weeks. Then Nov. 11 we get a bill for 3 months service Sep. Oct. Nov. When on their bill it clearly states " we must recive payment to contiue service" they still continued service for 2 1-2 months to a house no one was living in. I called to speak with them and got a very rude lady who kept cutting me off when I was trying to talk. I told her that my son called in and she said "NO!" I finally yelled at her and told her to pick the cans up and hung up on her.
