I bought some mugs from Americaware and they ALL TURNED BLACK ON ME!!Personally, they don't deserve the name "America" in their company nameThey do not accurately represent what a DECENT company isI called the company and after half an hour of speaking to a representative who didn't seem to care about my issue, I was transferred to J*** ***I told him everything I told the previous representatives, how all the mugs turned black after only a few usesI told him that I utilized the proper cleaning procedure and how despite all this, I was admitted into the hospital for lead poisoningHe then proceeded to BERATE ME for minutes on the phoneI then asked for my money back because I can't do business with a company that DOESN'T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS and INSULTS A CUSTOMER rather than address their needsLooking at previous reviews, this is CLEARLY an ongoing pattern with others as wellI don't know who this guy is, but he clearly has some issues that he has to yell at a pa
