Thursday, December 15, [redacted] N [redacted] hired Wings of Luv on July 26, to cater her mother’s 80th birthday celebration on November 12, at 1:00pmThe day of the event I contacted [redacted] at 11:and state that I would be late due to an emergencyWing of Luv staff arrived at the venue at 12:55pm we started to decorate the venue, we finished decorating the venue at 1:15pm [redacted] went to the hall way to get her guest at 1:20pmOnce the guests arrive the program began The buffet line was prepared and ready to be served for the guest at 1:40pmWings of Luv staff were very professional to everyone doing the event The food was not served cold it was served at the optimal temperature and kept at the appropriate temperature by chafersDuring the event we had guest to come up to us and told us how much they enjoy the food and our service and how professional we areWings of Luv staff were very professional and polite to all guest, we had guest require about our service and ask for our business card [redacted] came to me during the celebration and requested 25% back because she wasn’t happy and I told her that we could discuss this after the event is overLater at the end of the Event, [redacted] came to me and asks again for 25% back I explain to her that I was not going to give her 25% back do to the service that we providedThen she ask for $and I agreed to give that to her On, November 12, the same night at 7:16pm [redacted] sent me a text demanding me to bring her money to her home that nightOn, November 13, [redacted] sent me an email at 7:20am and text me at 8:40am to look at the email and at 4:15pm I spoke with her and we agreed that I would give her the $before the weeks was up [redacted] again sent me an email on November 15th, at 9:10am and text me to read it at 9:37amNow the last email that [redacted] sent me was November 17th, at 7:27am and text me at 8:54amI did not think that I should respond to any of her demeaning emails because we had already agreed that upon the amount and when she was getting itI’m still trying to figure out why she contacted Revdex.com after we had already discussed the issueWing of Luv contacted [redacted] on Thursday, November 17th and set up a meeting to give her the cashier check of amount of $ [redacted] sign a letter of agreement with Wing of Luv that she received Cashier check amount of $dollar everything we have settled Attached are a copy of the cashier check and the letter of agreement signed by the both of us Sincerely, Sheri B [redacted] Wings of Luv Manager
