On 2/21 went to Wingstop around 4:45 ordered $56.34 worth of food. Customers steadily coming & walking out with orders, went to ask what the hold up was & the girl at first couldn't find my order, proceeded to tell me it would be another 15 minutes for the boneless wings to cook. Waited a little bit more and finally told them we wanted a refund 50 minutes later. While waiting for the refund they finally call my name to which we said the order was canceled we wanted a refund Mariah the cashier called the manager Isabel she pushed buttons and Mariah gave me back the receipt. I walked out not checking my receipt, l returned & asked them about the receipt that shows where I've been credited was told by Mariah Wingstop doesn't give those out said the screen, when it's grayed out shows a refund was done. 2/28 called Wingstop s/w Marissa day mgr she couldn't give me the gm name or Isabels last name but would give her message. Never called me back. 2/29 went to Wingstop and Isabel showed up & didn't tell me what proof Wingstop gives to show a refund was done- my proof is my bank deduction. She said she'd s/w her gm Patrick to research why it hasn't refunded yet. Isabel then called said what I sent her from my bank shows a refund I explained it would be 2 transactions from Wingstop if it's been refunded. Isabel called & said Patrick couldn't do it & as soon as the Owner returns from her vacation she'd explain the situation to her & we'd see the refund. Isabel has kept in contact with Me but on 3/8 no refund as of yet

I was promised a refund for a botched delivery and have gotten no response from Wingstop since I complained4 times. A month ago.
I ordered delivery from the location at 125th St in New York, NY. It was due to be delivered in about 45 minutes. After two hours it still had not come. I contacted customer service and they told me I would receive a refund. The delivery person finally showed up about 15 minutes later with ice cold food. I never received any confirmation of the refund and was not contacted back. I never received a refund and it is one week shy of an entire month since this incident. I have contacted them 4 times, I have spoken with the manager of the restaurant. Nothing has changed. This company has a fake customer service call center that merely takes complaints. They do not actually address customer issues or issue refunds. This is time consuming and abusive to put customers through the hassle of calling a customer service center that does not respond to emails and does nothing with the complaints, and cannot escalate a store's failure to follow through on a promised refund.

All I want is a refund of the money I paid. the food was not good or even edible. The delivery time was well past the window and the driver had made no attempt to even keep it warm. I understand they use a 3rd party delivery service. This is between the two of them. The customer should not pay the price.

On afternoon of January 15th I placed an order for a delivery at a later time of 6:30PM. I selected the later delivery time on my order and input time and also put a note. Order placed around 4PM. Around 4:30 I received a text that they were trying to deliver my order. I called location and advised then of the situation. The individual who answered the phone said she was the manager and that she didn't see it requested for later delivery. I advised that we would not be accepting order. She called her manager who advised that they could only see that it was for later delivery in my comments. I asked for my order to be delivered at the correct time or for a credit to be issued for the $30 order. Individual hung up. I did not get food delivered or refund. I called their customer support team that night and advised of the situation. A credit was requested on that date. I have made 2 follow up requests to the same group who continue to advise that they have requested and issues are usually resolved by now. My calls were made on 1/23 and 1/30. On call on 1/30 I requested issue to be escalated to a higher level since I have received no calls, email or refunds.

Placed a large delivery and not one single person received they're dips with the individual combo. Asking for my refund that ruined all of our meals
I called the store upon received my delivery and the employee confirmed they didn't give us our dips. It was a very large order amongst 7 people. WS doesnt tell customers Door Dash is delivering until after taking $. Both companies deny responsibility 4 missing food & point @ ea other 4 $credit.
On 1/26/20 at 7:20 PM I ordered delivery from Store #4100 Staples Mill Rd location in Henrico, VA on Order #XXXXXXXXX. First of all, I do not like restaurants that ask for a TIP while placing the order and paying, not after getting the food delivered.
After placing the order and paying, I received confirmation, stating Door Dash was delivering. If I would have known Wing Stop does not handle their own deliveries, I would have never ordered the food. In my experience, food delivery services that are not part of the restaurant making the food have horrible customer service when it comes to correcting an order when a mistake is made. Wing Stop's website is deceiving and does not make one statement in the menu pages to make you aware that an outside delivery firm is bringing your food.
Some of the food was missing from my order (10pc boneless plain) & I called Wing Stop (WS) requesting my food. They told me to call Door Dash for the money back or I could drive over & pick it up. I called Door Dash back and they said they would not bring the missing food or issue credit. Since it was ordered through WS website, I was told that WS would need to credit my card. I called WS back and the female that claimed to be the "Manager" on a previous call, stated she would need to ask the "Manager" how to handle because they do not issue credit for orders. I was to receive a call back, but I just told her I wanted credit for the missing food and the entire tip ($12.49 + $6.07). I should also get the $4.99 delivery fee back or part of it.
I refuse to drive to their store to PICK UP food that is missing from my DELIVERY order. I drove up the street to pick up dinner for my son from another restaurant because WS is 10-15 minutes away and I had already waited an hour for food and spent 30 minutes on the phone without resolution.
There is no function on Wing Stop's website to request a credit or correction, other than filling out the Contact Us form.

Desired Outcome

Credit for the missing food, tip and all or partial amount of the delivery fee. I want to be taken off your mailing list(s), USPS, email, text, and phone. I will never order from one of your locations ever again.

I was RUDELY by both managers at the Martinez Ga location to be credited and refunded after having paid two different days and delivered missing items
I unbelievably, TWICE, have received extremely poor and rude service from both managers at the location of this establishment (Tiffany and Kirk), located in Martinez Georgia. My order on the 28th and 31st in December of 2019 were both so incorrect to the point that I could not even imagine being satisfied with what I received. I was refused my refund and to be COMPENSATED (BY BOTH MANAGERS). The first order that TIFFANY, HERSELF, told me she herself made on the 28th of December was completely the most incorrect order ever that I've had delivered to me. TIFFANY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING SHE COULD DO. I ORDERED AND IMMEDIATELY PAID FOR PRIOR TO MY DOORSASH SERVICE FOR A SIX PIECE HALF CAJUN HALF LEMON PEPPER AND RECEIVED (7) WINGS TOTAL 3 CAJUN AND 4 LEMON PEPPER. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY VEGGIE STICKS AND THE EXTRA RANCH. MY PREGNANT SISTERS ORDER THAT WAS INCORPORATED IN THAT SAME ORDER WAS A 10 PIECE HALF MANGO HABANERO HALF GARLIC PARMESAN WAS RECEIVED TO ME AS A 6 PIECE HALF MANGO HALF LEMON PEPPER. I WAS REFUSED MY REFUND BUT I RESPECTFULLY DECLINED THE REQUEST TO BE COMPENSATED THE NEXT DAY DUE TO MY DISABILITY I CAN NOT DRIVE AND WOULD BE OUT OF TOWN UNTIL THE 29TH. I am seeking the food that I paid for on separate days to be credited to me TWICE because it makes completely no sense of the way a customer was treated by MANAGERS! Just very poor service that I honestly have never received by Wingstop and less at any establishment by MANAGERS. I want to publish this and just let everyone know how this has gone and I have tried to resolve this more than twice by Wingstop! I do not need to lie nor resolve this by Door Dash when the initial problem is Wingstops crew/managers at this location not doing what they are paid to do. The bag is sealed and both of my driver's did what they were paid to do which was deliver me the service I paid for. I want this 100$ resolved my way because there's no need of me having paid a SERVICE I DID NOT RECEIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I for one have not filed multiple complaints and yes I was credited but before I was contacted back yes I was finally credited back. Please show where I do this amongst many restaurants this is pathetic and poor behavior but you guys gave me what I wanted and was owed BECAUSE I PAID FOR IT. Problem solved. �

I ordered my 2 combos and the food was poorly awful it was very cold the wings were dry I called to speak to manager I have over 20 min on the phone
They are telling me I can only have an 8 eing combo as credit and that is bit what I payed for

District manager received email from guest on 11/22 and forwarded to Guest Relations person and she emailed guest same day requesting details of order because her email stated she was requesting a refund of $53 and a store credit. Guest did not respond after that email.

I was given the wrong order & was given a credit. I went back a 2nd time & was given the wrong order AGAIN.
I went to Wingstop for the first time last week & was given the wrong order which I couldn't eat, so the manager gave me a credit which I used today.

Before I drove away I checked the order....wrong order AGAIN. I went back in the store, had to wait while they cooked my order. (Where's was my take-out order? Did they forget to cook it? Give it to someone else?)

I was finally given my order and the Wingstop employee just handed it to me. No, "Sorry about the mix up." Or, "Sorry about he wait." Or "Thank you, please come again." NOTHING. She just put the bag in front of me on the counter, then turned around and walked away.

I was blown away at how mismanaged that store was, and then I ate the wings. They were way overcooked. Dry and hard.

Other people that had come in to the store after me had been getting their food within 20 minutes. I asked for a refund or some sort of compensation for having to wait so long for a single 8 wing combo and the lady responded with "do you want the food or the refund? You can have one or the other". I live nearly an hour from the Wingstop location at ***. On Friday, 30 August 2019, I placed an online order for pick up of 4p of 1ea 15pc whole wing special with a large fries, 6 rolls, ranch and cheese sauce. When I arrived at 4, fries were ice cold; asked them to give me hot fries. When I got home 50mins later, bit one wing, meat was dark and bone was black; tried about 4 different pieces til I determine that all of the 15 pieces of chicken were old, black, and unhealthy to eat, so, I took pics and threw it all away. I would have taken it back to the store, however, I am suffering from kidney stones and could not drive another hour to take the food back.

I want a refund of the entire $20 and change that I spent. I bought fries, ranch and cheese sauce to go with the chicken, not to eat alone and there is nothing that I can do with just bread, and I would like a coupon for a future free meal, as, I spent close to 2 hrs going and coming home, not to mention wasted gas.

Ordered a 24 family pack all flats w/20 Louisiana Rub & 4 lemon pepper to go! I requested easy on the seasoning when making my order! On July 12th 2019, I placed an online order for my meal. When I realized that I placed my online order at the wrong location, I immediately contacted the place of business and requested my order be cancelled and charge refunded back. The first representative talked to could not assist me and placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. I then called again and explained the situation again and the representative stated the order was cancelled and that a refund would be issued back to my card within 3 to 5 business days. I asked is there some type of confirmation that can be given to ensure a refund would be given and he told me no but the system should credit back my card. I called on July 22nd 2019, over a week later to inform that the refund still had not been credited back to my credit card. This representative placed me on hold to speak with his manager and kept me on hold for 15mins. I finally hung up and called again and at this point the representative states that his manager was in the back office trying to call their corporate office to see about getting me my refund. Then the representative tells me that the corporate office is closed and that his manager will give my number to the corporate office for them to contact me and I should hear from them today July 23rd 2019. I have yet to hear from anyone. This is poor service and I can not imagine a well known company as Wing Stop does not have some type of process in place for these type of situations or staff adequately trained to handle this without the consumer constantly contacting them to get a refund.

At 4:30 pm on Sunday, July 14, 2019, my husband, ***, and I placed an order on the app for pickup at 5:15 pm. I arrived at the store at 5:20pm and my order was not ready for pick up. The initial order totaled to $61.41. While I was waiting I decided to add on two additional orders: 1) Fried Corn ($3.28) and 2) Half Dozen Rolls ($3.17). I waited for 40 minutes for my order to be ready. When I was finally called by the manager, Shon, he informed me that he was putting the rolls in a separate bag from the other food. I asked him is he had the corn, and he responded that it was in the main food bag. When I arrived at my residence in Yorktown 15 minutes later, I noticed that I did not have the corn. I called the store and spoke to Avery (the cashier). He informed me that he realized that they forgot to give it to me as I was walking out. He claimed that he ran after me to catch me. I then informed him that I walked slowly to my vehicle, and sat in the car to finish a phone call and I did not see anyone exit the store. He told me that I could come back and get the corn, but I instead requested a refund because I did not want to drive 15 minutes to pick up the food. He never offered me delivery which the restaurant offers. The cashier put me on hold so that he can get the manager. I was on hold for 15 minutes and then I was disconnected by the restaurant. I called the store two additional times and the same thing happened. The last (fourth) time that I called the store, I spoke to Shon, the manager. I explained to him how unacceptable his customer service was and I informed him that I was filing a formal complaint. Despite having to wait for 40 minutes, the food was cold and the sauces requested did not match their description. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the food and the customer service experience.

Refund I would like to be refunded $61.41 for the price of the meal plus $3.28 for the corn that I never received plus $3.17 for the rolls for a total of $67.86. This was a horrible experience and poor quality. The employee and manager were very rude/disrespectful on the phone. They were not apologetic.

So upon ordering wings for my family on June 25, 2019 which was a family pack with a extra side of fries. Once I made it to the restaurant to pick my food up it was already warm and he fries was under cooked. My wings had little to no sauce on em and they looked like they had been sitting out. For me to spend around $40 I think my food should be fresh and fully cooked.

Rude customer service. I complained ion 4/28/ 5/1 and 5/9. Each time I was lied and said someone would call me back. Nobody called me back.
Rude customer service at *** Lake Worth, TX 76135. I complained ion 4/28/ online and on the phone 5/1 and 5/9 called *** Wingstop customer service line. Each time I was lied and said someone would call me back. Nobody called me back. The last time I call they said they would forward it to the manager and the district manager and store manager would call me back. They never did call or contact me. I called the store manager on 5/28 and she said she never got any messages from corporate. I called *** Wingstop customer service line and they said they would escalate this to district manager. They told me that last time and nobody called me back. Rude employee told me he "Doesn't say thank you to customers." I was totally ignored and treated very rudely at the Lake Worth location. What angers me is that I called several times, called the store, wrote an online complaint and NOT ONE person from Wingstop called me back to resolve this. Very unprofessional business and horrible customer service and they just ignored and dismissed my complaint from the phone calls and online.

Desired Outcome

I would like a call back or a response from Wingstop regarding my complaint. I would like the district manager to contact me and offer me some kind of gift card for all the time, aggravation and rude customer service that I received.
