On 5/16/20 at around 6:30 I had offered 2 all in bundles plus some other things and it was cancelled after waiting an hour and a half . I called the store to get my refund back and they said it would be in my account in 3-4 days. It never came . So I continued to wait for my refund and on June 26th I finally called customer service and they told me they would put in a refund request and I’d get an email . Not only have I still NOT gotten my refund but I also never got an email and I’ve checked everyday I’m fed up and I want my money back . I will NEVER deal with this company again EVER. My order #***.
Complaint number ***. Contacted consumer. Issued a refund on our side. We use a third party delivery, door dash, had cancelled the order and never issued a refund.
