I did a transaction at [redacted] on [redacted] They made a mistake with the last name of the receiver that I was sending money toThe following day (today) I went back to tell them to correct the mistakeOne of the workers accused me of having an attitude with her when I told her that she provided me with the wrong service numberShe gave me the agent number that that requires an agent code.I told her that I was not catching an attitude and if she can allow me to finish telling her my problemShe proceeded to talk about me in my face with the employee that made the original mistake saying that I am taking up my problem with her as if she caused itMy daughter told her that it was very disrespectful to talk negatively about customers in front of their faceThey proceeded to yell at my daughter and we all began to argue and they were very unapologetic and unhelpfulEven telling us to shutup and get outThey even called the police on us and told the police that we threatened them even though w clearly did not
