Review: I have contacted the company mutliple times by phone and email to attempt to return a defective product in exchange for a new one. I have been trying to get this product replaced since right after Christmas. I have gotten emails saying they will get back to me when they can (due to a high volume of calls and emails). I finally was able to speak to someone by phone who promised to expedite the return by emailing a return label to me. That was two weeks ago. I still have not gotten the return label. I emailed the lady who was helping ([redacted]) me twice to tell her I had not received the return label. I have gotten no response. I had issues with the company from the start with them promising shipment and continually changing the shipment date. I ordered this product around the first of December as a Christmas gift and still do not have a workable product. Their representatives are very pleasant on the phone and offer helpful resolutions, but there is no follow through.Desired Settlement: I want the shipment label that will allow me to return the defective product (Wink Relay), and I would like for the company to pay the cost of overnighting a new unit to me.

We apologize for the delay in handling this case. We've contacted the customer, sent the shipping label to get the defective item back to us and will replace with a new one once we get it. Further, we've refunded the entire order so the customer will pay nothing for this product.
