Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The TV is STILL losing sound and pictureThe repair guy is having a conversation about a DVD player when the issue is the television blinking out Isn't it strange that he is having a completely different conversation than the issue DirecTV came out times and have replaced the receiver and cords and the TV is still blinking out They physically took the tv in every room in my house and it blinks out in every room No other tv does that on any of the receivers The one problem and common denominator is the TV The DirecTV service person even took my inch tv from my room and put it in the living room and it did not blin AT ALL but Wink claims the brand new receiver is defective There is only one defective product and that's is the LG tv I don't care if I NEVER watch a DVD again in life The problem is the TV and NOT a DVD player Not once did I mention a DVD player I will agree that the TV shows well....it does....UNTIL IT BLINKS OUT LOSING SOUND AND PICTURE!!!!!!!!!!!! I was in contact with LG and they said all Wink TV had to do was move forward with the procedures and they would replace the tv but for some reason he refuses Not him...LG I am having to deal with an expensive television that is less than a year and still under warranty that is blinking out and Wink TV could care less because it's not his TV Meanwhile...the tv is still blinking out and my hands are tied Revdex.com...please call LG and they will tell you that they offered to replace tc but only upon recommendation from Wink tv but he refuses Regards, [redacted] ***

I thoroughly diagnosed tv and found no defects with it therefore I cannot go any further with the unit

I went to customers home for diagnosis.after to minutes I did not encounter any problems with unit.I went ahead and replaced power supply.I called customer the next morning to check on unit and she told me there was still the same symptom.I ordered a main pcb and when I received it I
went to her residence and noticed tv was snowy and blurred at bottom half of picture.I replaced module and reconnected satreceiver to same hdmi input and had same symptom.I picked up tv to diagnos at my shop.When I connected my dvd player to same hdmi input I got a perfect pict and sound.I kept unit for four days and saw no problems.I returned unit to customers house along with my dvd player.when I installed tv to her satellite receiver the symptom returned.when I connected my dvd player to tv I got a perfect picture after showing this to customer she still was not convinced.she told me when tv was installed to other receivers in her home there was still a problem.I offered to install it on other receivers and she refused so I explaind to her in my opinion her satellite receiver was defective and I filed claim with manufacture.I was dispatched to home the following week.I was told by customer over the phone symptom was worse than before.when I arrived and looked at the tv it was showing a flawless picture.I was told by customers husband that satellite receiver had been replaced.customer called me back the next week demanding I call manufacture to say unit needs to be replaced.I informed customer I do not have that authority that I can only tell manufacture of my diagnostics of unit

I am only going by the results of my diagnostics,if I would have found the tv causing the problem it would have been repaired.
