I am highly disappointed with the experience I had with this company! I did not recieve my order, I was unable to get ahold of them through the whole weekend and a very expensive party was cancelled due to their negligence! I think they need to sit back and look at what it means to run a company...maybe they shouldnt be in businessI will never order from them againThey cost me alot of time, money and effort for me to not even recieve my order in the end becuase it was rotting on the way!!
I had ordered pounds of jumbo shrimp receive my order very nice shrimp however pounds of the pounds were small this was the last of the jumbo shrimp they had in stock so what I believe they did was filled the order with the pounds of small to ship it out I called about it and they told me that is that you will get small shrimp mixed in with the bag I could see for pounds but not poundsthey wouldn't do anything for me when I told her I wouldn't do business here again I was hung up upon don't order from this place
