This letter is in response to the complaint ID [redacted]. is in receipt of your letter dated 11/17/17 regarding complaint assigned ID [redacted]. To address the homeowner’s request for completion of warranty work, JKB Living has been in communication and followed-up with the homeowners...

in regards to the Warranty Request submitted on 10/10/17. Please note the electrician, [redacted], scheduled an appointment for 10/24/17 to repair the GFI plug in the kitchen. The subcontractor notified JKB Living on 10/25/17 about attending the appointment and the homeowner’s did not answer the door. The homeowner’s did not contact [redacted] or JKB to cancel the scheduled appointment. A second appointment was rescheduled for 11/29/17 with [redacted], once again the homeowner’s did not answer the door. [redacted] scheduled a third appointment for 11/30/17 and completed the repairs for the GFI in the kitchen. Additionally, [redacted], Landscape Company completed the work order on 12/1/17 replacing the dead plants at the front landscape and Warda Glass has been completed. All items have been completed in regards to the Warranty Request submitted to JKB Living on 10/10/17. Lastly, I have attached a copy of the Warranty Service Request form submitted by the homeowner on 10/10/17. The builder has been in contact with the homeowner and has ensured the completion of the work. Should you need any further information, please contact me at [redacted].
