Guthy Renker Twice the priceWont stop no matter what I do I wrote, I called, I sent Emails,I changed banks to get them out of my bankEven Chase couldnt get them out I decided to get their attention by not returning it, fed up with all the trips to the post office, no return label ever included That worked well They sent me confirmation of cancelation but no return label I sent it back thru us postal and made them pay the shipping Now they are lying saying they didnt get it but I was sent confirmation from the post officeNow theyre reporting me to credit collectors JUST THEIVES!

Told the salesman on the phone that I didn't want further shipments until I tried the product Tried it and it's horrible for my hair Hair limp and can't do a thing with it!! Now I have a whole new box of junk I won't use and don't want I will cancel my credit card to avoid paying for a lousy product that I said very clearly I didn't want automatically shipped until I knew whether or not I like it

I started using Wen in April No noticeable change in hair, good or bad; until about November My scalp on the top of my head began itching so badly that I actually had my mom check me for lice It felt like bugs were crawling all over She did not find any creepy crawlers, but noted my scalp was very red and irritated I then started feeling itchy bumps on the back of my head where my hairline meets my neck At first, I thought maybe they were pimples even though I've never had skin problems there before When the "bumps" were "popped" they became even itchier, very painful, and more like open sores that took several weeks to heal I cancelled my Wen subscription in November and was surprised when the representative simply cancelled and did not try the usual tactics to retain my business; didn't even ask why I was cancelling I was going to finish out the last of my supply, but with the reports coming in from others with similar experiences; I decided to throw it all out

When I purchased wen, the pricing that was advertised was not what I was charged; the product did not perform what it was advertised to perform; and worst of all, it caused a seriously bad reaction on my head in the form if a nasty cystI will never touch the terrible product ever again, I do not believe the lies they still advertise about this product and I would never recommend this product to ANYONE EVERI am very disappointed with wen by Chaz Dean and I was never reimbursed, which I really believe I should have been

Be VERY cautious with this company! The charge your card even though you have called and told them YOU ARE NOT ON AUTO SHIP! THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU OKAY'D THE AUTO SHIP WHEN YOU SIGNED UP!!!! WHY WOULD ANYONE SIGN UP FOR AUTO SHIP WHEN THE PRODUCT HASN'T EVEN BEEN TRIED!!!! They also sell YOUR EMAIL!!!! so you start getting a gazillion spam email! proven as I created the email just to order this ***! shady shady shady business practices!!!!

This is the worst experience of online ordering that I have ever encountered!! I called to check on the order of my status since I need received an email confirming my package had been sentThe women that I talked to were liarsThey gave me tracking information, customer service reference numbers, information about refunds and cancelation policies, hung up in my face, etc

I placed a one time orderLess than a month later Proactiv charged my card for another order that I never authorizedProactiv claimed that automatic shipments was stated when I placed the orderFortunately, I took a screen shot of the order I placed and automatic shipments was never stated

I am a WEN customer since I discontinued ordering the product because I was not getting the results that the info commercial displayed, and felt like since I had already ordered three months supply on the debt system; I needed to see if future debits were worth itI called the company and explained that I wasn't satisfied; because my hair and color results weren't like I wanted itBecause I had spent so much money on the products shipment and I was fairly new to WEN; I felt I should give it more time and see the results everyone else has one the commercials Now, I regret that I have continued with this productI have not had any better resultsIt was not until recently my sister who is a cosmetologist and previous WEN customer; told me that the severe scalp itching and thinning of my hair was probably due to the WENShe told me those were some of the problems she too experienced I was not too concerned at first, because I thought there was something I was doing wrong in applying the products that was especially causing the edges of my scape, hair line, top itchI new there was a problem when It connected, that my nine year old daughter was scratching her head the same wayShe would take the both of her hands and scream as she scratch around her hair lineI unfortunately didn't know I had a problem and our issues were connected until I noticed she has thinning edges and her scalp is very sore to touch and combI asked my sister what was the problem and that when she attributed both of our experiences with the WEN products She said she stopped ordering it and refused my gifts of WEN several months for that reasonI get upset that my daughter most of all is affected by the allergic reactions to this productsI was never advised of any allergic reactions or problemsWhen I tried to call them the lady was very nice and that I forgot what I was calling about and because she was nice I didn't want to complain any further than the quality and color issue She told me that another new product was better for color treated hairI didn't want to order anything else; because I had just recently received three bottles at $eachSo, I figured after competing those last bottles ,it would be the end of my WEN experience; if I didn't have better resultsBut know I'm upset and feel stupid trying to follow a info commercial product hyped up by actors It may have worked for other people; just not for me and my daughterI feel bad also because I referred others to use product and hyped it because it was famous and better than store purchased hair productsAlthough, I don't ever remember having such a problem like thisNor seeing my scalp like know I want to call WEN company and report my experience; but I don't want someone trying to sell me something elseI feel bad because I don't know what I've done wrong to get the results I like the company for overall experience; hair feels good when wet and curls are prettyDon't want to tarnish image of company; but I think customers should be aware Please check these products outI used the pomegranate and Sweet Almond Mint

This company operates like Book-of-the-month Club, a fact I did not understand when I signed up I took advantage of their 60-day return policy to send the products back and cancelled my account Despite the cancellation, they continued to bill me I made the purchase in February, cancelled in March, and was still receiving bill in May Exasperated, I contacted my credit card agency to dispute the charges Finally, in June, the company credited my purchase, and a half months after the purchase Unfortunately, the charges I disputed ended up as credits as well I notified the credit card company which reinstituted of the charges Thus, credits + charges = a zero balance Except Guthy-Renker couldn't quite handle the math They continued to bill me and threaten collection agencies In July I sent information to their accounting organization via fax They would not provide any direct contact with accounting, only a fax number Did the bills and threats stop? Nope, they kept on coming Finally in September I spoke with someone in Customer Service who was finally able to understand the problem and fix it I will wait until next month to see if the dunning letters continue
