This company was contracted by our strata to check our dryer ventingOur unit was supposed to be on the list to recheck, as we were busy when they were first sent outThey never came backSeveral months later, we began having leaking in our bathroomWinmar was sent out to assess the damage and it was traced back to a builder issue with improperly installed dryer ventsWe were unable to do laundry in the processThere were other units needing to be checked on the 28th but ours was a priority due to the damage already occurringThe company was supposed to set up an appointment with me and didn't do so for daysAn appointment was set up for this morning at 9amI let them know my husband and I both work and we would be having someone let them in at She had an appointment at her own house at 10am, which I let them know she'd have to leave right away At 930am, they still had not shown upI phoned the office and was told I'd receive a call backI also phoned our strata managerAt 945, I called the manager who had been communicating with me for appointmentsHe told me they were minutes awayI told him to was not impressed with the lack of communication as the person who was to let them into our house had to delay her appointment with another companyIt is now 1035am and the company has still not arrivedI have not heard back yetI have now had to ask a neighbour to wait to let them inArriving at a job over an hour and a half late is unacceptableEspecially with no communicationOne of the initial worker's also called me after the first appointment as he had lost his ladderHe hadn't left the ladder at our place but had left a mask and glovesI left them outside our place for him to pick up a week agoHe is clearly very disorganizedI will never use this company again and I plan on letting everyone I know not to use their servicesVery disappointing service

This company was contracted by our strata to check our dryer venting. Our unit was supposed to be on the list to recheck, as we were busy when they were first sent out. They never came back. Several months later, we began having leaking in our bathroom. Winmar was sent out to assess the damage and it was traced back to a builder issue with improperly installed dryer vents. We were unable to do laundry in the process. There were 11 other units needing to be checked on the 28th but ours was a priority due to the damage already occurring. The company was supposed to set up an appointment with me and didn't do so for 3 days. An appointment was set up for this morning at 9am. I let them know my husband and I both work and we would be having someone let them in at 9. She had an appointment at her own house at 10am, which I let them know she'd have to leave right away. At 930am, they still had not shown up. I phoned the office and was told I'd receive a call back. I also phoned our strata manager. At 945, I called the manager who had been communicating with me for appointments. He told me they were 10 minutes away. I told him to was not impressed with the lack of communication as the person who was to let them into our house had to delay her appointment with another company. It is now 1035am and the company has still not arrived. I have not heard back yet. I have now had to ask a neighbour to wait to let them in. Arriving at a job over an hour and a half late is unacceptable. Especially with no communication. One of the initial worker's also called me after the first appointment as he had lost his ladder. He hadn't left the ladder at our place but had left a mask and gloves. I left them outside our place for him to pick up a week ago. He is clearly very disorganized. I will never use this company again and I plan on letting everyone I know not to use their services. Very disappointing service.
