Absolutely horrific experience at Dublin Kia and with their representative Kash Singh. The dealership does not stand by its offer and instead is engaging in deceptive, fraudulent and unfair business practices. I would never recommend them or their staff who appear to be completely comfortable with embracing dishonesty. Their "word" is worthless and the epitome of a stereotypical fraudulent car salesman.
I completed the auto selection and application process online, through the American Express Auto Purchase program supported by TrueCar (in which the dealership participates), inclusive of submitting a credit application and requesting an appointment at Dublin Kia. I also proceeded to subsequently re-confirm the deal, sending them a separate email with the "code" and confirming the lease terms. In response, I was assured that the deal was good, although Singh initially said the dealership would not honor the program requirement that I be allowed to use an American Express card toward my contribution - a position he later revised.
After I arrived for my appointment, I was totally shocked when Singh informed me that the dealership was going to renege on the arranged terms that I had accepted and had a check in hand to pay for! Instead, the dealership presented new, more costly lease terms, presenting an entirely new term sheet to initiate negotiations as if we had never reached an understanding.
Singh stated that the new terms were "what [his] manager gave him" because there "was confusion." When asked "what confusion" there could possibly be, Singh could neither explain nor answer in any way. Instead, he only said that he would need "to talk to [his] manager" again.
I left because the dealership breached our agreement and refused to perform the deal I accepted, qualified with tier 1 credit for, and was ready, willing and able to remit on.
Dublin Kia is not only wrong, they are intentionally dishonest. They wanted to change the terms of the confirmed lease deal and used the TrueCar offer to get me to come to the dealership as a ploy to then unilaterally refuse to honor the agreed upon terms and instead change them in their favor. In hindsight, I also believe they only waited to first see if my credit was tier 1, but only as part of an effort to look for reasons to change the deal. When that didn't work, they simply resorted to falsely claiming there was "confusion."
At no time prior to my arrival did Singh advise that there was any problem with the proposed lease terms. It wasn't until after I arrived at the dealership and they ran my credit to confirm my tier 1 credit that their unfair business practices were exposed.
This was an absolutely terrible experience that wasted hours of my time, precluded me from proceeding with another auto lease option and caused me to unnecessarily incur TWO credit pulls (Dublin Kia and their captive financing both hard pulled my credit).
Dublin Kia is not reputable. Stay away from these bad actors.

I had asked the sales person to charge me only that amount for the fact that a list of small works to be done in a relative new car. In a matter of 20 minutes the sales person return the car to me, and charged me for $124.43 mentioned that he was not going to honor the coupon. I will report this dealer to the Consumer Care agency.
