vehicle accrued an additional 700 miles. All our documentation shows the vehicle was checked in and out with 4,184 miles on the odometer. The vehicle was then delivered to the customer in [redacted] which is about 39 miles from the dealership. Our hope is to have the complaint removed and to rebuild the relationship between us and the customer to continue to service their vehicle’s needs.
