07-20-16: Ordered shutters - basically two orders: remaking some shutters from a prior order ($500) in addition to a brand new order for two windows ($385.79) 09-28-16: I sent an e-mail asking about the order status Their response (paraphrased): Oh, sorry, thought the installer let you know that the shutters arrived damaged so had to send them back Will let you know when they come in 11-28-16: I sent another e-mail asking for the status Their response: None (no response) 12-21-16: I sent another e-mail asking for the status Their response: Once again, no response In the meantime, I have been in contact with the shutter manufacturer ( [redacted] ) [redacted] has also tried to contact Budget Blinds to no avail When I or [redacted] tries to call Budget Blinds via telephone, all we get is an answering service (live person) who then forwards messages to Budget Blinds, but Budget Blinds does not return the calls to either me or [redacted] ) N

We purchased blinds from [redacted] in November of The blinds that were delivered were not the blinds that we had discussed After working with [redacted] for months trying to resolve the situation we finally had to take the blinds down ourselves and return them to his showroom He did not provide the product we had agreed upon, refused to give us a refund or help correct the situation He was offensive and terrible to work with

I ordered and paid $for window blinds from *** *** (Budget Blinds) in September of last year and was to receive them in 6-weeksI still have not received them and I am unable to get phone calls or e-mails answered

On 03/16/2016, Budget Blinds franchise owner *** *** met with me at my home for an in home consultationI placed an order with *** for my entire home to be furnished with shutters/blinds*** estimated my order would be roughly weeks for delivery I provided *** with a deposit in the form of a check for $3,On 04/02/2016, I made a slight change to my order (blinds to shutters) and provided an additional $deposit by check The total estimated cost of my order is $6,I have patiently waited for my order to be fulfilled since 03/16/and understand manufacture delays or issues may occur I received a telephone call from a Budget Blinds employee (***) sometime in early April stating there were manufacture delaysHowever, since this last telephone call, I have not received any further updates or the status of my order I have since placed eight phone calls to *** Black/Budget Blinds Sierra Foothills with no responseI emailed *** on 07/06/and ag

On 7/20/16, we gave *** *** of Budget Blinds a check in the amount of $after he stated that he needed to be paid up front in order to order the blinds After several contacts with Mr*** regarding when our blinds would be arriving and installed, he said they would be here soon In an email we sent him on 11/12/16, we stated that we were disappointed with his service and were requesting a refund of our money on 11/15/16, we received an email back from Mr*** that the refund had to be "processed" and we be to us within days As of 12/16/16, we have not received our money, nor has Mr*** responded to any emails sent after 11/15/ We have heard nothing and do not have our $refunded back to us
