Review: I ordered my daughters graduation picture and a colored dog tag from this company. I realized a little while after my daughters graduation that I had only received the picture and not the colored dog tag.I sent Mr. [redacted] an email and I also think I put in a Better Business complaint but I received no response from neither. I just was reminded again by my daughter because she was just notified that her yearbook from her graduation in 6/2013(International High School of New Orleans) was just ready for pickup, that I still had not received the dog as of yet.Desired Settlement: I would like the dog tag preferably but if not, I want my money back for paying for merchandise that I did not receive.

Review: I placed an order on 7/29/2013 for graduation pictures and a graduation dog tag (Order No. [redacted]).After several weeks of waiting, the pictures were delivered.On last week it was brought to my attention by my daughter that the dog tag was never sent.I emailed the company in regards to getting the dog tag mailed or to give me a refund but as usual with the company, my email has been ignored.I have emailed this company a few times for other unrelated issues and I never receive a response.Desired Settlement: I would like the dog tag with my daughters graduation picture preferably or a refund if that is not possible.
