Review: I purchased my daughter's graduation pictures from Winn Studios for International High School. I also purchased a photo tee shirt in June 2013. I have never received the tee shirt. I have called and emailed Mr. [redacted] several times and was told to email him my address and my refund would be mailed in 7 days this was in July. I called Mr. [redacted] and he said oh I thought you were coming pick it up. I went to his studio no one was there. I have called several times left messages, sent emails and have received no response as of yet.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for the photo tee shirt I paid for.
