I was forced to go here by insurance purposes after an accident. I had damage on the back of the truck and was only needing that fixed. Before the accident, I had trouble with an adhesive on my window. It could still roll down with some help and stay up on it's own. I told the mechanics not to use the window because it is broken. When I received my vehicle, the window was no longer staying up. When I brought it up to the manager, he proceeded to tell me that it was "already like that, and I need to take better care of my vehicles and I should have gotten it fixed before I brought it in". I am extremely irate that the manger would tell me it is my fault that the window was broken further and that I was irresponsible for not being able to fix it in time to get my vehicle repaired by them. I will NOT be going back there by any means, and I am extremely disappointed in the poor treatment and unprofessional atmosphere they provide.
