I told him fairness, not to have the Manager of the complex side for anyone in this situationTo move me to another apartment, show concern evenMy toilet has been rocking as if it is a rocking chairI was told that the wax and bracket has to be orderedThat was three weeks ago, guess the order is coming from overseasSylvia was asked by one of the maintenance men if he would come to my apartment and fix the toiletShe told him no to forget about it, I did my part by reporting the discrepancyNow if the new manager wishes to close her eyes to this then so be it, but I will not be held momentarily held liable for any further damages done by not having this fixed
These apartments are the worst when it comes to maintainingThe office manager is rude and seems to not like her jobAny maintenance request that's put in will not be fully resolved and will take days to even get looked at you'll have to constantly call and annoy until they come outI have a plumbing emergency and to them its nothingWe have a soaking wet carpet in the living room, baseboard leak in kitchen and now you cant use the restroom because water doesn't go down and it comes up from the tubThe office isn't open when business hours say itll be openThere is no maintenance that work here it seems and messages never get returned by managerThere is never any pest control that comes out like other legit apartment complexes have routine pestcontrol.This property is filthy with trash and roaches everywhereI have called corporate before to get something taken care of and called again for this emergencyThey need to take care of the residents here especially ones that always pay rent on time and aren't filthy and never cause issuesTake better care of the residents and dont make us feel like it's our fault this place has so many issues, have a better attitude and not be so rude when we call to make sure our stuff is going to be taken care of!!
