My experience with Winnipeg Plow during the 2015-snow season was very poor At my residence during that time period, Winnipeg Plow visited times of the times occurred between 1:00am-4:am In the middle of the night I would be woken from sleep by blinding lights and extremely loud equipment After the first time this happened, I called Winnipeg Plow and told them that I didn't care if it meant my service would be delayed, but that I absolutely could not have them clearing my snow after 11:00pm Despite this request, Winnipeg Plow continued to attempt to remove my snow overnight Of the times they pliers, of those times I went outside and sent them away There was no way I could endure the bright lights, loud reversing alarms, and general noise of snow removal for 20-minutes at 3:am when I had to work in the morning If Winnipeg Plow had complied with my request to come only during 8am-11pm, things would have been fine But despite calling to complain/request different hours every time, my requests were ignored Bottom line, if you aren't okay with all-hours-of-the-night slow clearing, don't hire these folks
This is a horrible company to deal with They do not deliver on their 12-hour guarantee and will not answer emails or phone calls I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
