July 13, 2020 I just dropped my semi truck 780 Volvo 2009 at Winnipeg Sandblasting 1995 Brookside Blvd. Winnipeg, MB R3C 2E6 to sandblasting & paint black full frame front and rear. I talked to the manager Dale ***. They said amount price $3,200 plus tax and it takes 5 days to finish properly sandblasting and paint full frame. I agreed. July 17, 2020 Dale *** called me and said ready to pick up. I said can't pick up my truck today because I am still in the Untied States driving back to Canada. I told him I will pick up my truck Monday July 29, 2020. When picking up my truck July 20, 2020 I refuse to get my truck because still a lot of rust on the frame and not properly painted. I complained to Dale ***. He told me to give him a couple of hours to fix frame and paint. He called me to pick up my truck in the afternoon. Same thing not properly fixed. Not totally happy with what they did. I need money refunded back to me.
I need my money back.
We have looked at the pictures and are not sure what you are referring to? As we told the customer, to reach behind wheels are areas that are tight, we would have to remove the wheels (hired by a second party, we do not do that) told him the costs involved in that and he decided to not remove the wheels? So we can only do what we can with a sandblaster/painting, as this is equipment that does not fit in tiny places.
So a complaint? Not sure what to do if we told the customer exactly what we needed to remove wheels and he decided against it?
Not sure what else we can do?
