Hello. I did hear from the company. A male called me and e-mailed me once he received the complaint. I called him back and spoke to a female and then him. Both of them do not speak English. I asked to talk to speak to someone who can speak...
English. That evening, a young female called me who I could perfectly understand. She helped me understand how to get the pet feedster working. It still does not dispsense the correct amount of kibble (65), it does between 50 and 90 kibbles, but with this company and product, I think it's as good as we are going to get. I now understand why they send e-mails with broken sentences or 1 or 2 words, which is because they can't speak English. That is very frusterating that they operate in the U.S.A. and can't speak our language. Thank you for your help. Without your first contact, I would still be waiting.

I will go ahead and mail back the unit now, since they say here that they will refund it.
