I have received the Revdex.com letter informing me that the complaint has been closed as...
answered. I did submit a rejection to the business response which is a part of this complaint file. I have read the business response and this is the same answer he has been giving us for the last 10 months. He is not addressing the issue nor responding to any contact we have with him. He is responsible for the complaint since he was the one who hired the person to do the work. It is time he accepts ownership of the issue and stops transferring the issue to his hire that as he states is unable to get in touch with. Ten months is more than long enough and we need this matter resolved immediately.
